Refund Policy

 

All transactions completed the Evolve Communications website, monetary and otherwise, are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-reversible, except in the event of mistake on the part of Evolve Communications or in the case of service covered by Money Back Guarantee, in which event the customer agrees that the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid by the customer and actually received with respect to the transaction done.
In the event of refund of the amount to the customer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the customer on the credit card/debit card/bank account that was paid. No cash refunds will be made.

We reconcile all transactions daily. Any transactions that have been returned as NSF or invalid reasons will be processed within 10 days from the date of the transaction and an email will be sent confirming.

This is an automatic process, however, if you have any other issues please send us an email to support@evolvecommunications.ca and we will have a resolution.
